Rocío Ortega

Originally from Mexico, Rocío Ortega has worked for Unicef for more than 12 years. First, she as a national communication officer in her country and, as of 2019, as head of Communication at Unicef Venezuela, a position she currently holds.

She has a professional experience of more than 30 years in the field of communication, journalism, human rights, government and teaching.

She has studies in communication, journalism and gender in Mexico, the United States and Spain.
